We are very passionate about the environment at AAL; that is why sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. In 2015, we became accredited with ISO 14001 to show our commitment to the planet. We are also Eco Active leaders in Jersey, paving the way to a future free from virgin materials.
It is a testament to our level of commitment to the environment as a company and shows just how devoted we are to minimising our impact on the planet.

From fine sands, to materials to infill retaining walls, build pathways and provide land drainage, to road construction and parking surfaces; there is something to suit any building, landscaping or renovation requirement. Anyone can visit La Colette to either off-load waste materials or buy the locally recycled aggregates.

Our History
AAL Recycling Limited (AAL) started over 30 years ago as a one-man, one lorry, one digger company. From our humble beginnings in 1992, we are now the Channel Islands’ most extensive commercial and domestic demolition, haulage, recycling and excavation contractor, employing over 85 people with a fleet of 40 lorries and over 30 plant machines.
Currently, AAL runs the Island’s commercial and domestic building waste Recycling Centre at La Collette, managing the Island’s sustainability initiative in all ways we can.
