One of our specialities includes demolishing adjacent or connected buildings, providing ‘shoring up’ and underpinning if required.
Asbestos also needs to be removed from demolition sites under specially controlled conditions before any demolition occurs, but we are more than happy to offer this service as well.
What happens immediately after the demolition? We separate all materials and dispose of them under the current guidelines. All of the rubble and ground is taken for processing and recycling at our La Collette Recycling Centre to be used again!

With machines from 1.5 tonnes to 24 tonnes and lorries from 1.5 tonnes to 15 tonnes, we have the right equipment to carry out any of your land excavations, in addition, AAL has a full range of dumper trucks for moving materials on-site or over rough ground ensuring the completion of all jobs are as efficient as possible.
Some examples of recent work include carrying out the Castle Quays bulk excavation using 26-tonne tipping trailers, halving the number of lorry movements. We have also dealt with private sites on steep inclines where we have had to dig out and ‘pass up’ to a second machine before loading into a lorry for carting away.
